NON-NEGOTIABLE PRICE POLICY
All our trainings, products, packages, prices quoted are at the best interest of our clients. Our trainers are qualified and certified in their respective expertise. We share your principal of getting your deserved values and likewise, our trainers paid for their own certifications and trainings to stay abreast of their knowledge and skills.
FULL PAYMENT POLICY
Full payment has to be made before the commencement of the course. Payment can be made in cash, fund transfer or cheque. Official receipt will be issued once the payment is fulfilled.
CANCELLATION & POSTPONEMENT POLICY
When your course date is fixed, please note that 60 hours notice (5 days) is required for cancellation. Your deposit and full payment will be forfeited.
You will only be allowed to reschedule your course within 24 hours. It is your responsibility to contact your respective trainer to re-fix the appointment. A re-scheduling fee of $20 is applied. Any make-up session has to be fulfilled within 1 month of the original course date.
LATENESS IN CLASS
The class will commence on time. We appreciate your basic courtesy for being on time (not just for class, but in any occasion) and cultivate good time management.
ATTENDANCE & CERTIFICATION
You are required to attend 100% of the training hours and assignments in order to receive your full certificate.
Participants are required to dress appropriately, decently and with modesty in class.
STATEMENT OF CONFIDENTIALITY & NON-DISCLOSURE
Etiquette & Image International retains all title, ownership and intellectual property rights to the material during the course, including all supporting documentation, files, marketing material and multimedia. No filming, recording or photo-taking during the class. You will be notified should filming/photos be taken by our officers on duty during the course. By acceptance of this, you agreed to be bound by the above-mentioned statement. Permission is required to post any pictures on any media platforms.
