Prior to founding of Etiquette & Image International, Agnes was a veteran hotelier with more than 10 years experience in Sales & Marketing, Catering, Convention, Event management and Room Sales. She puts her understanding of service excellence into an advantage, cultivating good public and human relationships.
A well-traveled top executive during her business call as Regional Sales Manager, she had tremendous exposures in various cultural and business protocols. In her hospitality tenure, she had numerous opportunities in organizing high profile events attended by government officials such as Minister Mentor Lee Kuan Yew, late President Ong Teng Chong, ministers Wong Kang Seng, Mah Bao Tan etc.

Agnes graduated with a Bachelor of Arts (Hon) Business and Marketing academically and physically, she is an active contributor for articles on fitness. She contributed articles to Her World Magazine on Chair Yoga in 2003 and a regular referral on holistic programs from Women’s Weekly. She holds a Diploma in Yoga Teaching, UK and Intermediate Pilates Certification from Pilates Institute, UK.
She is a strong believer in embarking a healthy image lifestyle and receives regular invitations from Health Promotion Board to conduct talks to both tertiary education students and working adults from various corporations.
Agnes considers multi-corporations as her regular consultations such as Maritime Port of Authority, Ministry of Environment, Housing Development Board, National University Hospital, California Fitness, Civil Service Club, to name a few.
She hopes to inspire many people from different walks of life to pursue their dreams, acquiring polished etiquettes and cultivating a professional charisma with a healthy body.
